looks like they’re leaving the old east of eighth brownstone property between the sites.

i think?

anyway — are there any renders yet?

the new apt bldg across the street on the corner in the old gap/ny sports club bldg came out ok.

hopefully this will be at least as decent.

the brownstone has already been demolished and is gone. It looks like they started with that.

any renders?
