Save-On moved to King George Hub at the end of January 2022, and Canadian Tire closed last June.

Thanks for the update, they should be opening up the presales for phase 3 soon.

I have to admit, the heights in this development seem pretty pathetic. I wonder if phase 4 will remain as 31 & 32 stories or if they will increase it.

That area behind the sales center and heading towards whalley blvd is supposed to be a road. I assume clearing that area would be a step towards staging for phase 3

Looks like more black cladded towers. Every new build in Surrey is the exact same. Something needs to change.
