That area behind the sales center and heading towards whalley blvd is supposed to be a road. I assume clearing that area would be a step towards staging for phase 3

No, no. That's the road. They're building that 6 storey until the very end

Looks like more black cladded towers. Every new build in Surrey is the exact same. Something needs to change.
