Created for the Goldsun Group, the headquarters building recently received planning approval from city councill The high-rise office block will replace the existing Goldsun factory and create a new mixed-use typology for the city. The blocks are staggered around the project's perimeter to create communal spaces that are lifted off the ground. The design features a series of sky gardens across multiple levels, as well as quadruple-height event spaces with meeting spaces and entertainment areas that look out across the [color=rgb(2, 108, 182)]Taipei skyline. The project's building blocks were made to interconnect structure and services across six cores. As seen in the renderings, the project will include these "floating volumes" thanks to a series of steel mega-trusses that form the large-span floorplates.[/color][/align]

And it's not to far from the new Pop music center.

[size=18px][align=left]國產建材實業(2504)今(25)日表示,國產實業南港台北廠「起家厝」已通過都更審議,預計興建地標型商辦大樓,外觀為香港匯豐銀行總部的進階版,最快2021下半年取得建照,工期預計4年半。[/align]
[align=left]國產建材起家厝位於南港路三段,國產建材實業建設總處總經理林鍫表示,歷經繁複都更程序後,北市都市更新委員會已經決議通過都市更新事業計畫暨權變程序,並納入北市府東區門戶計畫範圍。[/align]
[align=left]國產建材表示,此一都更案基地約6,500坪,預估開發總樓地板面積約6萬餘坪,規劃為A、B兩重建區段,A區段為國產建材集團完全持有的商辦大樓,建築基地面積約4,000坪、建築高度100公尺以上、樓高26層左右。[/align]
[align=left]B區段則是代為實施的台北市政府商辦大樓,樓高20層,國產建材集團負責興建完成後可分回部分商辦樓層,總計國產建材集團未來持有的商辦樓地板面積,總數共可達約4.6萬坪左右及約550個停車位。[/align]
[align=left]為了點亮北市府的東區門戶計畫的軸心角色,國產建材邀請曾獲普立茲克建築獎的英國福斯特聯合建築師事務所規劃設計,國產建材表示,諾曼.福斯特是英國建築大師,事務所創立50多年來,作品遍及世界各地,包括倫敦千禧橋、北京首都國際機場、瑞士再保險公司總部、香港匯豐銀行總部,都是代表作。[/align]
[align=left]新規畫的國產建材南港大型開發案建築物,則可說是香港匯豐銀行總部的進階版,外觀為灰色調、略帶金屬元素,呼應國產建材本業混凝土的穩重特性。[/align]
[align=left]目前規劃地下5樓、地上26樓,B1到5樓大露台可做商場,5樓以上則為商辦,商場部分保留各種空間的彈性規劃,可以橫向做單層商場,也可以做垂直商辦,最特別的是5樓景觀大露台,挑高12~18米,採用ARUP的懸吊系統設計,可結合植栽景觀、藝術、主題,規劃不同的餐飲或商業空間使用。[/align]
