Based on what I could find, I would guess around 320 feet for a 20 story hospital tower. Hospitals typically have higher floor-to-floor heights than standard office buildings between 14 and 18 feet. That would be somewhere between 280 and 360 feet. Floor heights can average a bit higher depending on how specialized or state-of-the-art the facility is but I'm sure the tower is probably just one aspect of the larger block so that might be wishful thinking. Just my guess ahead of the reveal
