JERSEY CITY | 20 Columbus Drive (Harborside 4) | 684 FT | 50 FLOORS

There is a new 50 story mixed-use development with 800 residential units, ~12,000sf retail, and 399 parking spaces planned at 20 Montgomery. It would replace a parking lot next to the Harborside complex. This developer is also referred to as HARBORSIDE PLAZA IV - LOT 29, BLOCK 11603.

No renderings as of yet, but I'm sure one will be posted soon.

This is an older proposal for an office building at the site, at 38 floors.

Nice. I assume this is the lot next to the Whole Foods.

Nice to see JC continue to fill-in and replace ugly parking lots with high density housing.

Also, lol and just NEW JERSEY. Jersey City and Newark need their friendly competition.

Wait, I'm confused. 20 Montgomery isn't Harborside 4. These are different sites.

20 Montgomery is the parking lot on that block with the 1960's-era housing. Harborside 4 is a vacant waterfront site.

Lived in JC from 2020-2022 3 blocks from this site.. Absolutely loved JC, got priced out of our apartment, and had to move back into my condo in Chicago. Will definitely move back someday.

Ah, you are right!

Harborside IV is 20 Columbus.

20 Montgomery is my typo. It should have been 20 Columbus. Still one in the same project.
