It might just be a rendering of the lot the church sits on, it's 130k sq ft.

I don't know if they purchased 9666 King George Blvd but there a website that says they did. They have not announced anything regarding the purchase though. All we know is that they bought the church, announced they were looking for additional properties in the immediate vicinity, and then this lot was sold.

I guess you could do a property search, but I assume they aren't planning on moving forward with the southern lot for a while.

I could swear on BCAssessment 9666 KGB sold in march, but now it's showing in Oct. That means they bought it before announcing the church acquisiton which was in Nov.

Looks like their one property away from assembling all the lots needed for the nearby park, good to see.
