They're still trying to figure out what to do with the burned down pier that this was supposed to connect to. It's not currently in the budget so likely won't see this for another half decade at least unfortunately. As a resident of NW I would rather see the city put money into the pedestrian/cycling bridge to Queensborough they were also looking into, rationale being that there's other routes to Sapperton from the rest of NW but only the Queensborough bridge connects to QB which has pretty poor connections to the rest of NW for pedestrians and cyclists. Billard Architecture also came up with an excellent design and I'd like to see something of this caliber built: https://billardarchitectureinc.com/refining-q2q-bridge/

Insane shot!

Also the tallest tower at Brewery District is lit up like a casino at night now.

Srcs: Lexus 2019 Forum Message, Klazu 2024 Forum Message

Let me know if derivative work from your photos is not cool and i'll pull it.

Compare and contrast with Lexus photo post from May 18, 2019, 12:17 PM with Klazu 2024 post from above.

Also, thank you Klazu, great shot! We have missed your photos lately!

Great comparison and thanks for putting it together! Lougheed and Burquitlam skylines are basically brand new and it is so interesting to find new places to see them.

giallo, you will need a decent focal length lens to capture the view, which is visible between Pattullo Bridge and Scott Road Skytrain station. Looking forward to your shots.
