It's always where passing isn't allowed. Passing is never allowed using oncoming lanes on the A50.
Honestly, I've never found traffic or speed on the A50 between Gatineau and Mirabel bad at all. Seems widening the entire way in unnecessary. A barrier alone would be enough. Widening for safety reasons seems like cutting a sandwich with a chainsaw.
