Gotta say, though, that this one's a stunner even without the facade!

Pics I took yesterday from 23rd St. Hope they put in a nice connection to the street on this side and not just JFK. Great project looks lovely so far.

edit: not sure why my pictures are so small

When you copy the link from Flickr, it gives you size options.

I was hoping for a bi-level entrance that would be a public access to both level connection. I see nothing to indicate that.

PECO Building, 2301 JFK, Riverwalk, 2222 Market Street, and 2116 Chestnut by Philly SkyGuy, on Flickr

Reminds me of Riverwalk back in 2020, and 2021

Took some pics of the 'angle' on this one heading down JFK. Love it (and yes it sucks it obstructs the view of the post office building).

It would be better if the new building were set back from the curb more, but that’s not possible with this site.

I'm not sure how they count the 22 floors with the portion below JFK, but it looks like it has a few more floors to go to top out, maybe 5?

They're not counted, 5 more to go.

Fantastic building, though I wish it was a tad bit taller, maybe ~30 stories.

Amazing that such a short building can make CC and UC feel almost connected from some angles.

Glass installation started yesterday!! It is a similar blue glass to the buildings next door, but every few panels they have a subtle thin silver “fin” that comes out. Only part of one floor is in so hard to make much of a judgement but so far looks great!. The glass on the 30th Street side is straight panels set at angles rather than curved glass but still looks good. Excited to see more floors receive the treatment!

Alright. That's my call to come back to the city! I was specifically waiting for CHOP SARB and 2301 JFK. In the words of fake youtube reactions "Let's gooo". But I'm actually excited!

The colors of the materials are a match with River Walk

This building is awesome. Those trees on JFK look great as well. I wish the small median had a little landscaped patch. (Spring Garden, Broad, Market and Washington should all have portions of landscaped medians as well)

San Francisco has these little ones all over:
