There's still a larger cru shown on the plan that
Retail Insider published last week. I think that may be the Sobey's (Safeway replacement). In 2018 the developers were suggesting that there would be three anchor stores, including HBC, and in 2020 that was down to two, but the retail environment has changed a lot since then.
