Retail space. I saw someone from Security Properties present the project last year and he said they don't have a tenant yet. I keep expecting to see it listed for lease online, but I haven't yet.

Thanks for the photo - a restaurant would thrive here I would think, with that cool architecture and patio space.

I haven't been following this project too closely. Do we know anything about a tenant for the pavilion? It's such a unique space. I hope it goes to someone that is really going to activate the surrounding plaza.

All the retail space still appears to be available. The pavilion is a big space to fill, but I really hope they can get a single tenant that doesn't need to the space to be demised down.
