Despite the stereotype,
Utah actually has a long history of beer brewing. Prohibition and changing LDS attitudes killed a lot of the existing industry. I think Utah has better breweries than Idaho.
Of course, Colorado is in another league. I've been to 60+ breweries there, which is more than there are total in Utah at this point.
