I've driven by Duggan's Boundary about once a month but I've never been inside of it - will do so sometime soon. In any case I prefer Sherlock Holmes since it's just a staggering distance to my place!

I believe Beljan purchased this and will be carrying out a renovation to the building for retail uses.

Looking forward to see what goes in those commercial slots. I don't think the Augustana or the Capitol have gotten a single tenant yet.

^ call it for what it is. - a disappointment.

It should have been two towers and not low rise commercial slots that will take years to fill.

That's an awful waste of valuable real-estate if they go with this.

I wonder why they would want to build the retail podium and then leave the tower for a future phase? To me, from a risk perspective, wouldn't it be better off as a surface parking lot.
