Slick. Seems like an ambitious timeline for two towers and a complete reno the size of a city block. I'm all for it. Sounds like their sticking with the the plans from their original release and renders.
Gonna be a hub of activity in that area with the Portage Place project and the Bay adaptive re-use. Get 'er done!
If PCL is on board, I imagine the towers are both going to be cast-in-place concrete.
Not getting excited but between the two projects and our awesome art gallery, this area could go from scuzzy now to a cultural powerhouse for the entire West. Great job on the investors!

Does anyone have a scoop on the Fairmont campus reno? Any plans or renders yet?

Wow! Terrific news for the downtown and the city overall.
I think there's a real "buzz" created when you can look around and see construction cranes all over the downtown. I probably stress the optics of a situation a bit too much sometimes, but this much activity downtown all at once has to be productive in promoting Winnipeg as a desirable location for further business and residential developments, both locally and nationally.

I read in a CTV article that the health centre will break ground 2025 and be completed 2028 but the residential tower will begin 2025 and completed 2026. That is a very fast turnaround for a 15 storey tower... even for TNRD.

Pretty bold timelines but judging how fast Wawanesa got built, maybe they're on to something.
