According to the current city planners, moving a bus stop and adding 20 secs at the light is a non-starter for redoing River and Osborne to improve walkability and safety in a pedestrian collision prone zone. All this without a proper report on pedestrian numbers along with other missing data. Fucking insane these morons still have jobs, if they didn't collect data what the hell were they doing with the 6 months provided? Good on the councillors who will be rejecting the report.
