I'm actually a little disappointed, it hasn't snowed here at all. Drive 20 minutes north and the roads are starting to get covered. I imagine they are getting a good dump up London way.

It's coming down quite slowly here, doesn't look like more than 2-3 cm's so far. But it is supposed to keep going through the evening and night, so could end up with upwards of 10 CM.

Tomorrow; a high of 4 and sunny. With the high sun angle, I expect this batch of snow to melt very quickly, pretty much gone by the end of the weekend.

Starting Tuesday, we are back to around normal/above. Highs between 7-12.

Big deviation on just how warm it will get to start, TWN is predicting 12 on Wednesday, 6 for EC.

Long term models seem to show April being slightly above average. That would be the 8th straight month above average. Just insane.

Still nothing here. We had a tiny bit this morning on the road, but its since melted. I'm still doubtful we'll get all that much, but I may be wrong of course.

Beautiful white snow in Toronto/High Park today, perhaps 1.5-2 inches so far. The robins are seeking warmth in the leaves and bushes

No snow here yet. They’ve been calling for small accumulations of snow the past 3-4 days but we got nothing but a trace one morning. EV is predicting 2 cm again tonight so we’ll see if it materializes this time.

That’s too little too late anyway, the snow should have been there before the cold temperatures we experienced the last couple of nights. Not sure if there’s been any frost damage yet, will take a look tomorrow. Hopefully the piles of dead leaves helped insulate the vegetation in my yard.

Second snow removal of the year on my street - and hopefully the last! All the snowbanks are now gone.

-4C with a wind chill of -9 and mainly sunny. It is a pretty solid cold stretch to end of the winter. The past 2 days have seen highs below -3C. If the ground wasn't bare the temperatures would be even lower. Last late season cold stretch as cold (or more) was 2018.

Low of -11C (wind chill of -19) this morning.

The warmspot was Bella Coola, BC at 18.4C.

Warmest low was Sheringham Point, BC at 8.9C.

We finally had some decent weather for this time of year in the GTA today...I took these whilst downtown ( except for the third image, taken by Yonge and Eglinton). I think we have about 8 cm so far....just a rough guess.

Cloudy and mostly dry until the late afternoon when some light rain started.

Friday's high at Vancouver Harbour was 12 C, the low was 8 C.

Storm was a dud. I say we have 5 cm at the very most. A lot of it melted on contact, it wasn't until the evening that there was actual accumulation. So with that said, I have a question if anybody knows the answer. Are the official numbers based off accumulation or what fell, even if it was melting?

I ask because I see Toronto had an official number of 11 cm of snow yesterday, but I'm assuming half of it melted on contact as it did here.

Pretty much a dud here as well - probably about 5cm. It is enough that I will actually have to shovel for the first time this year though

-7C and hazy sunshine in Moncton at 9 AM.

The storm will soon move in. Snow beginning around 3 PM, transitioning through ice pellets and freezing rain to full on rain by about 1 AM, then back to a freezing rain/snow mix by 5 AM. A real dogs breakfast.

About 10 cm of snow and 20 mm of rain here. Just north of us in Kent County, and in northern NB, they may receive 40-50 cm of snow.

Got this shovel winter of 2015-16. It's my wide/plow shovel. Broke it 10 seconds in today. Did the rest of the driveway and my neighbour's with the scoop shovel I use for more confined spaces and snowbanks. Annoying. But for some reason, lots of, if not most, people only have the narrowers ones. For those that do, it doesn't bother you when all you're doing is sliding the shovel along the surface to push the snow to the side? Wouldn't it feel more efficient with a wider one? Assuming you're doing something other than a small driveway.

Both shovels are Yardworks and I got them at the same time. I wonder why one is metal while the other is wood. They stay outside year round so that didn't help the wooden one.

Sweet. Looks like a very nice Easter weekend coming up.

The snow really picked up here last night; Pearson registered 11.6 cm's by midnight. Looked to be about the same at my location. Probably another 1-3 overnight. And honestly, I'm not mad at it. Everything looks quite pretty and hopefully the blanket of snow protects the flowers and buds that were getting started with the warm weather last week.

I'm pretty sure they measure based on what fell, not accumulation. That's why a lot of the times early/late in the season, the total snowfall number will be a lot higher than what your see listed as "snow on ground"

That being said, I think Pearson's stats are quite accurate. I measured 10 cm's on my car this morning, no snow drifts or anything. About 20km from the airport. We stayed well below freezing yesterday, so what fell generally stuck.

Looks like the GTA got the most snow compared to the rest of the region. Friends in Hamilton & KW only had a few cms.
