We're getting there. Turning point was about 10 years ago when Claridge Icon was approved at 45 floors. The traditional downtown is likely to remain table top (with minor strides with the M+M Relevé project and Marriott Renaissance), but we are seeing some projects along the northern three Line 2 stations, Centretown, Lansdowne, LeBreton Flats with towers above the 300 foot mark we've been largely stuck with since the late 1960s.
