Diesel plant for the land along Fleet.
https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/saska...esel-1.7022803

And then the canola crush plant for the land north of the refinery.
https://globalnews.ca/news/8516607/f...lture-complex/

The City is planning to run a rail corridor down the centre of the 2 properties connecting to the Viterra canola crush plant at the north end of that image. Note Viterra/Bunge merger puts that development in jeopardy.

Why would the city rezone if there is no development happening that makes no sense

If you go back to the very start of this thread, post #2 has maps for the land you are talking about but it might not be up to date. It shows Viterra and land saved for the rail line.

Yes that's still fairly close.

As part of the rail relocation initiative, there is a set of tracks proposed that run north-south along the current eastern property line of the refinery. Connects to the Viterra track just north of the CN track.

10 things I bet you didn’t know about Regina
#1 - It’s the capital of Saskatchewan

While not the biggest city in the province, it is the provincial capital. Some Canadians believe that the most populated city in the province, Saskatoon, takes this crown, given that over 70,000 more people live there. First named as the province's capital just shy of 120 years ago, Regina has retained the title, which is a source of pride for locals! Saskatoon holds the distinction of being the most populated city – but it’s not the capital. There’s our first fact for the day!

Last time I looked everything about Regina was talked on this page without Regina. There would be no construction page, so what’s your point?

The Brier returns to Regina and is expected to have a great economic impact as the city will see up to 125,000 people with a projected amount between $12 and $15 million.

This big ol' (18,000 sf) storage shed on Sask Dr is being auctioned to make way for a parking lot for the new YWCA.

The parking lot is temporary for a 14 month period while they construct the YWCA facility. Construction has been ongoing for over a year now, maybe they are getting more complaints about on street parking as work moves from the structure to interior finishing possibly involving more contractors on site.

The most recent pictures I have are from the end of January. I found some last year as well, I really need a camera with gps to geo tag my photos to make them easier to find by location.
