Oh man, if this really ends up having those metal panels on the outside of the balcony floor plates, this is gonna look amazing. I hope the spans between windows are not just grey-painted stucco, but not holding my breath.

200 hotel units (no change in unit count, but a reduction in square footage)
142,129 square feet of commercial (+23%)
153,070 square feet of office (-7%)
1,010 residential units (-15%)
881 parking spaces (-12%)
38,582 square feet governmental (+21%)
Based on my previous site pics and the site plan in the last image - it looks like they haven't actually started construction on Tower II yet. That's where the current demo is taking place.
At grade. They built a little cage for the schoolhouse. And they are doing foundation work on the taller tower now (even though the 2 towers are going to be connected).
