I noticed the dumpy mossy roof covered building at the bottom of this photo,which has had a “pending” sign on it for about a decade, is now in fact sold and has some Worman signage on it.

I've noticed the same thing here in Kamloops with the responders on castanet. EVERYONE is apposed to EVERYTHING. However it seems to be the same 10 people continuously.

I was under the impression it is a Castanet audience, older generation.

I wouldn’t say it as an entire collective “we as a society” because as we can clearly see not everywhere is as bad as Kitchener. For me it shows how localized culture can be, even in a country as young as Canada. It’s a strange thing that we normally can’t see, but for some reason reveals itself in odd attributes, such as in architecture.
Water street by the Park is going make a major impact on the skyline cluster....Starting to poke out now.
UBC-O hole can be seen in the foreground with the orange fencing, as well the parking lot which is attached to the UBC-O site is the location of Mission Groups proposed 40 story tower.
Here is a different perspective of Water Street Park from the Hwy. Can see it going up quickly from this view. Crane will need to be raised in the near future.
