CharWhites can look nice? Amazing what attention to detail and form can do.

Drove by this a couple weeks ago and was pretty impressed.

One of the very few buildings on the Gatineau side that actually looks good lol. Up close the quality was actually impressive compared to Brigil and Claridge buildings. Just wish it was taller honestly.

Agreed. That should have been a podium for a tower.

Thanks for all the updates BTW!

Reminds me of the outskirts of Amsterdam.

I would hate to live in those units directly facing the on-ramp from Maisonneuve to the 5/50/Fournier. At night, the car headlights are aimed directly at their windows

Ad on the Ottawa Citizen if you're interested in the project and what it offers. : https://ottawacitizen.com/sponsored/realestate-sponsored/project-of-the-week-loggia-sur-le-parc

Of note:

Loggia, surrounded by nature, is the ideal choice for those who wish to live in an urban and dynamic neighbourhood a few minutes from downtown Gatineau and downtown Ottawa while benefiting from a natural and peaceful living environment.
Whoever wrote this didn't notice the highway and ramps surrounding it?

Don't tell me the balcony aluminum is powder coated to match the window frames? WHO would have thought THIS was a good idea? I'm SHOCKED. Coming from Ottawa, I was under the impression the balcony railings needed to be of a non-matching colour! (all sarcasm)

Yeah, and if anything the uncovered balcony slabs in the black parts of the building are a good addition/design choice. I feel like they tie the white sections together (see photo 4 of the last set).

Those units with the covered balconies on the wedge section at the NW end looking towards the river could be pretty cool.

I drove past this not too long ago, and was wondering what this building was (it was my first time seeing it)...
