M City's Phase 3 is really starting to rise now in Mississauga.
It's an 81 floor, 260M tall tower, going in by Square One. I took these a few hours ago, with the first and second phase next door.

really curious to see how this one will turn out.. being the city's tallest by a clear 20 floors it will have an amazing impact on the Mississauga skyline.
I'm not too fond of it judging by the renders.. the slight slope seems a bit weird.. but I have a feeling it'll turn out better than I anticipated.

Concord Sky 299m/300.6m?

I never thought we would see this reach ground floor so fast after the long delay. I still feel like we know very little about this massive tower. It has so few renders. It also strange that it doesn't have it's own presentation centre. Instead it's located at City place 3.2km away with the rest of Concords downtown developments.

Canada House is certainly getting close to completion, which is good. It's been interesting watch this go up over the pandemic.

Almost forgot. The signage for 160 Front (240M) appears to be fully up and running nowadays. The lights are quite something at night

LOL I would bet CIBC wishes it wasn't under construction.

It's flying skyward unlike most development in Toronto.

Loving those crisp curtainwall-corners in this shot. This will be a stunner when fully clad @ 91 storeys.

One of the LAST Large (200 meter ++) Office towers that will be completed in Canada (or USA??) for a long, long time.

Maybe 10 years, could be 20 years before we see an office tower 250 meters rising again.

I took these yesterday as I passed through. It's certainly looking more striking as the cladding goes up. From Bay and Bloor, it's presence is really becoming apparent

Feel like things have sped up since Mizrahi was replaced. That recent post acknowledging only the halfway point in height still put things in perspective.

I see the different floor heights in the top notch cladding. The mechanical cladding isn't working for me either.
