Great video!

The Travis is so much more visually interesting because the tower is skewed at a slight angle. Viewing from the south-west, the southern face seems to vanish, making the tower seem much thinner than it is, a cool effect when combined with the height. The way the south-west corner juts out is sharp.

Also, I think this wins best podium in town. Love that they put apartments in on the side facing the lake.

Honorable mention to Vesper, the pop of cor-ten color really stands out in an otherwise blue-silver-beige section of the skyline.

Could you use your drone to check out what's going on at the top of the River Residences project on Rainey? It looks like they're in the process of topping off since the formwork has changed and pours have slowed down (I live right across from it). Thanks!

It's to the right at the 1:20 mark, but it's completely dark.

Is the podium mostly finished now? Would like to see if someone could get a better shot of that. Curious if the building will be white or grey in between the glass.

Here's a pic I got yesterday -- it is still almost entirely unfinished (unless this is finished...)

That side will not look good because that's where the second tower is planned. A ~700' tower previously known as Travis #2 with condos and a hotel has site plan approval. The apparently failed Ritz project was taking over that project. So it will probably be a while before the second tower is built.

The west side of podium is white. The baby blue is a common color for painted on membrane for weathersealing concrete.
