Not the most exciting architecture on either of these proposals, but I'm just excited to see something new get proposed. Will be interested to see how serious these proposals are; the renderings are definitely high-quality. If all the freeway-adjacent proposals get built, driving into the city in a canyon of towers will be a cool experience.
