here's an image from a month ago (before the crane jumped) that provides a better idea of location compared to the rest of downtown. unfortunately, it was taken during one of our foggy inversion days:

Sawtooth has been sharing some really great pics of the progress in the Mountain West forum... the glass is looking even better in person:

It topped out? Why does it still look so short on the skyline? Or has the pinnacle just not been reached yet?

I don't think that snowy image was recent. It was in an article that day about snow in valley, but I think they pulled an older picture.

the building is topped out now. here's a photo from this weekend:

you can see the edge of the Saratoga in the background on the right side of the street, as well.

Was wondering when they are replacing the broken windows on the upper floors , and what's with the stained windows an awfully huge bird poop otherwise it's going to be a very good looking building with more to follow

Absolutely agree. This is definitely going to be the sleekest in Boise, and I can't wait to see more high-rise proposals after the Micron expansion.

Totally ! I'm wondering when finished is top floors or at least the glass resemblance of a mountain range going to be lighted at night with maybe Blue LED lights or even colored light changing that will be interesting , I guess the 250' tall crane should be rising soon at ICCU job site and then the YMCA / Apartment building will be breaking ground in June much excitement going on and it's exciting to see Boise going vertical , where the Sky is the limit !!! it's a very exciting time for those of us who are skyscraper enthuisiast's
