I think this is one of the best projects in Ottawa-Gatineau. The variance in height of the 2 towers, the interesting roofline, the amount of glass, the white/red accents, the large balconies and the views of the park/river & Ottawa.

Who was the developer behind these and do they have new projects in the works?

Le Viu is a project of Le Groupe Heafey. They're a fairly large developer in Gatineau.

Most of their portfolio isn't as inspiring - run-of-the-mill if not ugly in many cases.

Though like a lot of these development companies as they mature over time they often start to build more quality stuff. Le Viu is an example of this type of evolution.
