At least the dream tower isn't office space. PC Load Letter.

It's almost like the developer has been an SSP lurker for 20 years and knows to be cooler than the other side of the pillow and not go office, and, also say 🞵🞵🞵🞵 it and go high or go home. Home being, ok ok, I'll compromise for 500 Alex.
