I notice that Google Maps now has Nov 2022 streetview imagery for Sackville Drive, so you can go along there and look at these projects. They seem like a big step up from traditional projects in Sackville.

Looks like Sackville's next construction site will be 8 WALKER AVENUE (across from Sackville Terminal). This approved development of two mixed-use 4-storey buildings just received a Time Extension Agreement and the project is listed with a building permit "In Review" for 136 units, $24.4M.

Also The Baxter Suites shown a few posts above has an active planning application for a much larger residential building in behind. Case 24017 Details

Driving on the 101 tonight I noticed the luffing jib crane last used at the Moffatt’s site was setup along Sackville Drive. Normally those are reserved for dense downtown sites. Maybe a thing to come for Sackville!?

According to the building permits the new Starbucks at 858 SACKVILLE DRIVE will have PZZA CO and a barber shop as neighbours. I think they were paving the parking lot the last time I drove by.
