Interesting, I thought it would be closer to 40, given how much taller it looks than the Masonic Tower already (and yes, I realize it is on a slope)

I guess the commercial podium ceiling heights boosts the height versus just looking at the floor count. There's only like a 10m difference from the lowest part of the Masonic Centre to West Broadway (?)

Crazy how it's only a few centimetres taller than the rest of the Broadway towers.

Great picture. It really illustrates how the station construction is squeezing Broadway.

How many more floors until 1477 is topped out?

For perspective. 601 W Broadway is 13 stories. 1477 is 39 floors.

The tower should transition soon to the narrower floorplates soon then.

I believe there are just the final two amenity floors at the top remaining to be poured before all the occupied floors are done.

What's all that tower crane height for Making sure they have enough clearance for the iron work topping off? I'd be in favor of more skyscraping (floors)

This morning

Looks like 3-4 more floors to go.
2 floors, 1 mechancial or amenity (?) floor, plus an elevator overrun.

It's like the equivalent of 6 regular floors in elevation from where the tower narrows. I'm guessing the mechanical penthouse will go up to where those white tower mast segments are?
