I'm just wondering how he managed to hang up there long enough to complete the nob and NOBODY got pics or video of the action. I'm sure he must have had somebody document it, and it was done overnight, but still. That's not a 3 minute job.

So like, what are they going to do about this leaning tower of doom? Demolish it I would assume?

lean aside, just look at those graffiti closeups -- its so rusted and decayed -- who would ever live there?

It would be nice if the site were condemned, the alley closed, and the site assembled with 80 South Street. That probably won't happen, but it's currently an eyesore. Something obscene needs to be spray painted up there for the city to become outraged.
