The tower design is pretty dull, but honestly the street level looks so good—especially relative to the local standard for new builds—that it’s hard for me to care too much. The articulation and detailing of the retail frontage looks to be genuinely excellent in design and materials. Really hoping it doesn’t disappoint IRL.

A little odd that there's such a discrepancy between the two components, but I'm really glad to see something that doesn't try to pass off a cheapo facade like this or this as something special.
