Not only is the CDPQ Infra looking at the Quebec City Tram, but it is also looking at 'The Third Link' between Quebec and Levi.

I think that it would be interesting if the CDPQ Infra looked at the Gatineau Tram, as well. It seems that the CDPQ Infra has become the go-to for Quebec infrastructure, so why not?
