Looks slightly better than that last rendering. Simplification of the vertical facade bands to all brick and the use of more industrial style window fenestration kind of saves this one, turning it from ugly to acceptable. That top floor with the arched windows would have worked much better if it was double-height to accentuate the arches, but overall not terrible.
