Or not.

I said we were losing out after the Edmonton game and we did. Toronto had nothing to play for. I'm surprised Kelly played that much. This is a team I would noy br high on next year. We need s healthy offensive line to get a running game back. We slso need to not give up 31 points a game.

This team is sad. We were 4 points in two games against Edmonton from having the worst record in the CFL. 6-12 flattered this year.

Riders are trending in the wrong direction, both on and off the field. The organization needs a complete overhaul, starting with Reynolds. He's shown no leadership since Covid that isn't "give fans less and expect things to work out".

Riders won't renew Dickinson contract as coach but have extended O Days contract as GM today. Don't really understand why O Day is renewed?

The press release highlighting O'Day's 26 years with the club makes it clear why. He's a good ol' boy. Have to treat him like a contestant on MasterChef Junior.

Saskatchewan is one of the most inept franchises historically. I'll put their 4 championships in 100+ years of a league of 8 to 9 teams usually against any pathetic team in any league.

The 4-8 in Grey Cup games as the Saskatchewan Roughriders is atrocious, but if you include the Regina Roughriders (pre 1946) then it is worse. They have been Western champions 28 times and have 4 victories in the Grey Cup.

This is just a terrible franchise all around. People don't seem to understand how futile they have been for more than a century.

Brooklyn Dodgers won once in 9 world series attempts.

Few would pick Hamilton as having the most grey cup appearances in the Grey Cup era.

Argos finish season at 16-2 tying the 1989 Edmonton team for most wins in the regular season.

Tre Ford leads the list of winners for the Edmonton Elks 2023 Team Awards.

The star quarterback was named Most Outstanding Player, becoming the first Canadian to receive that honour since Blake Marshall in 1991. Ford also earned unanimous selection as Most Outstanding Canadian.

Other award winners include:

Martez Ivey (Most Outstanding Offensive Lineman)
Jake Ceresna (Most Outstanding Defensive Player)
Scott Hutter (Most Outstanding Special Teams Player)
Kai Gray (Most Outstanding Rookie).

I did the install of the air conditioning for the speaker control centre. Was gone before the new speakers were installed though.

Alouettes lay beat down on ti cats and advance to east final. Wonder if that's the end of bo Levi's career?

Lions beat stampeders. Bombers Lions west final and Argos Alouettes east final. Looks like will be a repeat of last year's grey cup though I could see Lions knocking Bombers out.

Seems that way. He wasn't happy, but I doubt the result would have been any different had he played more. The Als were making the plays they needed to, the Ticats weren't.

Still, you don't say stuff like he did fresh off a tough loss.

Personally I'd rather see the Cats retool and let Powell develop.
