I agree with everything you said about design and art… as my previous comment made clear if you read it…
What you aren’t understanding is that I also happen to think that public safety IS a concern here. Collected hard material on the outside of the building can eventually chip off under its own weight, fall, and injure someone at the ground level. It’s almost like you’re all choosing to ignore that part of my statements.
