Congrats Charlottetown! Woot woot! I'm a tad surprised that they froze given that the water temp in the Northumberland Strait is still mid-teens. My local EC station on Bedford Basin bottomed out at 1.2 at 3 am; the Dockyard station 1.7 at 5 am; Windsor Park 0.8 at 3 am. It appears the city hasn't frozen yet. The forecast was for snow to start at 9 am. It's almost 10 but nothing yet. Temp at 9 am was 2.5.
