Icon on the 32nd floor. Looks like Azure 1 will be done sometime end of this year.

One of the towers looks pretty close to be ready for move-ins

These towers are so bland and boring, but can't deny that they are going up quickly. Something about their design reminds me of 90s Yaletown.

Yeah, I'm hoping future phases switch up the architecture a bit at least. It's one thing for the first phase to be this bland, but an entire district would be extremely disappointing.

The grey on grey with clear glazing is just so dull. The strips of coloured spandrel don't really add anything either. An entire neighbourhood of these would be depressing as hell.

The third tower icon should be topped off soon. They’re already on the 45th-46th floor. They’re building at record spee.

Tower 2 looks like it’ll be done and ready for move in around May or June. Maybe earlier.

Icon is at it's final/penthouses floor.
Azure tower is occupied with a low-rise beside it.

Why do low rises almost always get build like this? It doesn’t at all match the towers.

Overall, I do like how the round tower is turning out. Nice and tall.

Bland and boring, but at record speed, is exactly what Canada needs right now across the country. The Provinces and the Feds should be talking to LedMac about how they're doing this to replicate it across the country.

Design is pretty simple and cookie cutter floor plates.
It also seems that underground parking wasn’t that deep, maybe 2-3 levels only. I don’t think Burnaby relaxed any parking requirements, it could be just you to our large footprint of the site.

Great to see that low rises will go up from 4 to 6 floors. It’s just east from the existing phase.

The fact that they're wood-frame versus concrete like the towers might have something to do with it.

That’s a wrap!!!! Level 47, and the final slab pour here at “Icon” tower in Burnaby, British Columbia. Our Putzmeister 39Z with the optional 13HPD “high-pressure” pumping kit topped this one out at close to 500’ feet vertical, with plenty of gas left in the tank!!! I
