Probably. Sushi is just another food option and has become embedded in North American food culture. It’s no more a fad than hamburgers or pizza.

You’re probably catastrophizing the risk. A lot of people that eat sushi eat it pretty regularly, and probably more often than people who partake in eating other raw meats like steak. I don’t think I’ve ever gotten ill from sushi, but I’ve definitely gotten food poisoning from steak and even supposedly fully cooked meats.

Ever had real Japanese sushi? Very different from the North American kind that is full of sugar and lower quality fish.

Me too. He wouldn’t think that if he visits literally any strip club in Montreal !

In fact, one of my colleagues at work is married to an ex. stripper. I’ll give you one guess as to how that happened….

I've been a fan of "New Country" since such newbies like Randy Travis and Dwight Yoakam were the face of the new style. I love later 70's, 80's and 90's country. Much less of a fan of the Luke Bryan, Jason Aldean, Florida Georgia Line style of today's country. I did have the chance for Morgan Wallen tickets in London when they had a late release a couple days before the show, but my wife was away for work. I was slow to take to his music but I'm enjoying it more and more. I wish I had seen Chris Stapleton last time he was here last year, I have a feeling he will be too big for Budweiser Gardens again (same as Wallen, and even Luke Combs who was also here recently). I really wanted to see Alabama last month but after seeing some videos of their current tour, their lead singer has really gone downhill with age and I didn't want to be depressed after. I'll just hang on to the memories of when they had the full band still together.

I went to the local club with some work buddies after work on a Friday a few weeks ago. Had a really cute brunette take me to the VIP and as soon as I sat down, she lists off her menu of options. Um no thanks, maybe 30 years ago lol.

First heard the term about 10 years ago when FGL hit the scene with Cruise. I guess they couldn't get past their political differences, and broke up shortly after the 2020 election. The Florida half supported Trump and Mr Georgia unfollowed him on social media during the campaign. Brian Kelley (Florida) refers to himself as a "Beach Cowboy" but he is rarely heard from nowadays (and he is the one that announced first he was pursuing solo opportunities). Tyler Hubbard (Georgia) has had some decent success as a solo artist and a few people on here might recall he was part of the Grey Cup half time show last year.

I don’t like Nickelback at all but maintain they would be kinda fun live. Apparently they are very self aware of what they are doing and friends in the music industry say they are actually cool to work with.

Never voluntarily putting on one of their songs though.

Saw them when they were the opener for Everclear at the Maxbell arena 20 some years ago. They got a bigger reception than the headliner. This was before they hit it big.
