The article says :"Goldman Sachs will move workers from downtown Dallas..." I don't think this complex is right downtown but on the edge of it. From articles I have read, companies have been moving offices out of downtown Dallas to areas like uptown...but maybe some of those workers relocating from the suburbs of Richardson and Plano will chose to live downtown if they are forced to come into the office...
