Wrapping up the 26th floor slab in the south tower and making some progress installing the window wall modules on the south and east sides. Have also installed the concrete pump tower in the 29s story north condo tower. Forming for 2nd floor slab progressing well and a section of the south end under the 10s middle is now poured and they have started forming for 2nd floor walls and posts.

Forming for the 27th floor slab is nearly done. Also have delivered a number of new tower crane sections for the south tower crane lift which is likely happening very soon. Will be the tallest thing in the city when complete.

That didn't take long. South tower crane was lifted late this afternoon. Now stands taller then One London Place.

Drove by yesterday and took a picture. The glass is definitely darker than the marketing materials I have seen.

Still another 11-or-so floors to go by the looks of it. I was driving down Highbury to the highway a couple days ago and it was cool seeing this towers presence on the skyline really defining itself already at this point.

They have hit the 30 floor stage or 75% of the residential height now. Nice milestone. Still have the NW corner to finish forming for the 2nd floor slab. Have already started forming the 3rd floor slab on the east side.

Have started installing the precast concrete facing on the podium base of south tower. Forming for the 3rd floor slab in the NE corner of the 29s condo tower has started. Forming of some of the 3rd floor walls and posts in the center section is progressing well along the east side.

Milestone as they are now working on the 33rd floor of the south tower which makes this the tallest (by floor count) building in London.

Surpassing Old Oaks 32s building on Richmond St.

Steel rebar for 3rd floor posts in the NE corner of the 29s condo tower now going up which would mean they have poured the 3rd floor slab above the lobby in that corner. Still alot of custom forming left to do for the Talbot St facing side and the NW corner where the old house wall stands. And of course the west side where the parking ramp is. Don't recall how many levels of above ground parking are planned.

Pouring the NW corner 3rd floor slab this morning. This is the 2 story ceiling in the NW corner where the old law office was. Looks like the space may be some kind of amenity space for the condo tower. Gym maybe?

They have now delivered 4 more sections for the south tower crane. Should see the final tower crane lift very soon. It appears they have also built the floor that has the step back on the east side which should be the 35th floor. Now forming the 3rd floor walls and posts on the west side and forming for the 4th floor slab on the east side is underway.

They have moved up the hydraulic lift segment and appear to be installing another set of braces higher up in preparation for adding four more tower sections to the south tower crane. Forming some of the 3rd floor walls on the west side around the parking ramp in the podium base. Also continuing to form 3rd floor walls and posts in the NW corner.

They have now removed the structural steel braces from the exterior of the old law office house on the NW corner. They have also poured some sections of the 4th floor slab and have started forming some of the 4th floor walls and posts on the south end of the 10s middle section. Forming for the NE corner 4th floor slab still under way for the 29s condo tower. Looks like they are wrapping up the 37 floor on the south tower.

Has the height of the taller (currently at 37 floors) under-construction building topped the roof of One London Place?

Will it hold the title of tallest for very long? Hopefully not, as I want to see the 53 storey proposal go forward, now that council has given its approval.

It surpassed One London Place height a couple of floors ago.

Centro will hold the crown for many years as York's 53s and 43s towers will likely not be topped out for another 5 years if all goes well and they don't get a 12-24 month delay due to some Nimby's OLT appeal. York's project will likely take at least 4 years to build from sinking the first pilings and excavating the pit to topping out the mechanical penthouses. Would not be shocked to see 2030 for the final completion of York's project.
