984.30 ft (>300 m) versus 984.20 ft (<300 m) would be an immensely significant difference as only the former would increase the city's tally of supertalls, but 875 ft versus 850.9 ft is an insignificant difference. So, this reduction does not bother me at all. Like others, I am pleased that it remains >800 ft and that construction is virtually guaranteed to happen soon, just in time to keep the >800' construction boom going.

I think you came up with the "5 year streak" due to One Bennett Park, which was completed in 2018. But don't forget that its construction started in early 2016, so the streak has really been 7.5 years. Construction of the 851-footer at 400 N LSD will extend the streak to 11 years, based on
BVictor1's forecast of construction lasting 3 1/2 years. If Parcel I and Tribune East also proceed, we could be looking at >15 years!
