That Toronto video is dizzying to say the least. If I end up in a nursing home in my 80’s I’d be happy in a small seaside city looking out at the ocean or on the 40th floor in downtown Toronto with floor to ceiling windows. Just need to make sure my bed and wheelchair can be positioned right by the window. Next problem is finding a high rise nursing home, lol.
As for the Butterfly panels (don’t worry, last time I’ll mention this until about 3 years from now) I’ve never seen a building where they put up dirty panels like this. Normally they come shrink wrapped if a metallic panel, but I know these are unique and not likely to come to the site that way. Yet while I was watching construction in May and later again in July these were coming
off the truck dirty. I’m not sure the material will be an easy clean either like the end of construction window washing. Can’t even imagine the time/cost to power wash a 57 storey building. Here’s a pic of mine from May, and the dirty panels are not just near ground level.
