Thanks for posting. Glass is going up. Frames look black. So far, it does look somewhat more interesting then their recent work.

My pleasure! So far the balcony/breaks in balconies seems to match perfectly with the rendering we have. This should be a really nice project

Green roofs are beautiful. Too bad you can only see them from a drone or another tower nearby.

Curious, can the residents walk on it at all?

Wonder how much it costs to maintain it.

Green roofs look great and are far better for the environment. I'm disappointed we don't see more (Zibi? )

The green roof is likely not accessible to the public. They do have a few decks/patios up there.

At floor 22/30. Soon it will be as tall as phase 2 (25fl).

The view from the west is going to SOOOOO different in the next few years. Finish this and the library and throw in those red beasts and it will look like a completely different city. Yes, CP 2-10 is our true Kowloon Walled city, but the CBD view from Lebreton was a close 2nd!

Totally agree. That view from Lebreton has been really prominent and really nasty since forever. It should be a really cool view from our future cultural centres (new arena, new central library, Bluesfest) after the next wave of construction.

Really need the Dream project to get off the ground. Don't want Claridge dominating for too long.

I actually like this one so far. The glass looks pretty good and it's a great height for the location. That said, this one is going to come down to....dare I say....the balcony glass!

This one is starting to become pretty prominent. Mind you, there's nothing else tall around it yet, so it does stand out as a result. It will be interesting to see what it looks like as the exteriors start being installed...

This one is looking really tall and it's still 5 floors away from topping out

And in Toronto it wouldn't even be noticeable.

Driving in on Scott from the east, this one and the library are really making the downtown look like it is moving into the flats!

Long time lurker here, figured I would join the party.
This is my first post, so be gentle on me.

I absolutely love the photos that you all post on this page.
I live in downtown Ottawa myself and love seeing these builds go up around us, but these pictures add a whole different dynamic!

This one is shaping up quite well, and I think will be a nice compliment to Dream next door when that one starts. Plus the library in behind, this area is going to be hopping in just a few years. You love to see it!
