It seems that the contractor for 700 River sequenced the facade installation to take place later compared to the Modern, but I did notice a little bit of the facade installed on the lower portion of the northwest corner. Will post a pic tomorrow.

Also, if you're referring to the north side of 700 River, keep in mind that 62 East (53 floors) will cover most of it. I'd speculate that there are other aesthetic features or greenery that will address the other half which the latest publicly available renderings don't show in detail.
This one is worse than THe Modern. At least The Modern has some glass and better conceals what's behind. This is just another goddamn screen you can see right through with some kind of dumb funky design to try and liven it up. Especially a big disappointment given the previous renderings which IIRC showed lots of plants and greenery.
