Well, seems like a gazillion prosals are lined up for FTL. How many of them will see the light of day ?

Thankfully this is by a reputable developer, Kushner. Also, they already have a general contractor chosen (Moss).

On the original DRC planned, they contained a logistics plan


For other developments, I think most have a chance. Although Ombelle & 633 SE 3 Ave look very uncertain, last time I've checked there wasn't much movement.

Area is booming. Slate of towers approved recently so this shouldn't have an issue. Kushner has been active in the city.

Any word on Kushner’s 200 N Andrews and 300 N Andrews ?

I believe 200 North still hasn't been demo'd, the existing structure but demo did occur with the 300 North parcel. Both are still in the development pipeline.

Awesome! Only weird part is the small SFH on the street behind. These homes, are now going to be surrounded on all sides by high/midrises. I’m guessing the owners are sitting on gold mines ( wish I owned here)! https://maps.app.goo.gl/7qCyue5HRr6UNDys7?g_st=ic
