All glass is a superficial argument. The quality of the glass, the sameness of the colour palette, the architectural design and, tower spacing are larger contributing factors that are continuing as trends shift away from from all glass. The future proposes less depth, more walls, and homogeneous blobs that will only be identified as table tops promoting more height and more density is needed. Seeing more red accents but, the glass continues to be an unidentifiable tinted low-e with grey spandrel and mullions.

I don't think I've ever seen the — end of Habitat before....very different than the usual angle. Are those long walkways part of individual units or common space?

Such vivid colours in many of those images though.

Montreal looks stunning.

Just got back from a conference in Montreal. Best time of the year to visit. I missed it so.

Ottawa has to be the capital of the medium-rise dark-blue glass buildings. There are streets that are practically entirely composed of such structures.

That area in particular has seven blue glass towers clustered together. Lot of white concrete paneling as well. Earth tones. Super dense, but limited architectural variety. Hopefully, the three new curvy towers, one of which will be the tallest in the area, will give the skyline a more interesting look. All depends o the materials used (Main+Main have a good track record?, Rimap has disappointed once so far in Ottawa, but does well in Montreal).

That last photo of Ottawa looks like a SimCity game where multiples of the same building, build in clusters.
Table top (im)perfection

That's right, in fact it's made it completely invisible from my perspective. I don't notice it anymore, barely.

Edmonton's skyline is gorgeous. On the ground it looks like every other boring Canadian city.
