The 3 towers here should add some nice height looking from Scott street around Bayview station.

Moon was just short of adding height but its also only 85 meters tall.

The continuous step backs on the southern tower is really nice. This is a project that would be built in Toronto. Minus the height Ofc.

LOVE this project, thank you so much for the pictures! I can't wait to see it rise even taller and see the glass being installed.

A game changer for Ottawa hopefully. That and Moon next door should really liven up the west end of the CBD.

M+M has a good track record outside Ottawa, so I'm cautiously optimistic that the cladding will match the quality of the renderings and concrete work so far. Not as confident for it's next door neighbour from Rimap.

The most exciting developer project in Ottawa in quite some time.

Wow, installing cladding right up to the active construction floor? Brave of them...

Curtain walls with gaskets on the 1st floor with 6 months or more concrete pours... over confident?

Or is this just normal and I'm used to looking at fully completed concrete frames with zero cladding because I live in Otta waaaah?

So far, so good. Looks high quality and like it will be mostly glass (just like the render, wow).

I also appreciate the little details, like the curved awning over what I imagine will be doors.

Very cool, just wish it was taller

I love the fact that the outcome of this one really isn't going to hang on the quality of the balcony glass given it's not an entire tower of balconies.

We’re pretty well up to date with images of this project but I just couldn’t help taking a few when I took the drone up today.
Edit: noticed that the crane sprouted up since Harley’s photo.
