Avenir Centre will be just fine.

There's just not much Canadian tour happening at the moment.

At least now we see that whenever a band does a "true" Canadian tour, like Shania, Imagine Dragons, Megadeth or Avril Lavigne, the one two punch of Moncton/Halifax is now possible (and more importantly; profitable).

Also SMG is probably still checking the field to make sure that they dont shoot themselves in the foot with too many shows of the same genre close by.

Could be one of the reason why the Volbeat/Halestorm or the upcoming Godsmack tours are/were having full Canadian tour, but both stopping in Quebec City. Because Megadeth was already announced and they didnt want to have the metal fans having to choose which concert they'll go, therefore affecting one of them.

The Bangor success is also because they have THE perfect type of venue for Summer tours for mid size acts: the 15-20k outdoor amphitheatre. Theres tons of them all around the US, while in Canada, Toronto is the only one who got this type of venue with the Budweiser Stage.
