there was quite a gathering of people at the council meeting last night. I believe most if not all were quite opposed to this development, mostly for the same reasons listed above.
The three parcels of land, which the developer was to purchase from other developers, would have to be rezoned.
Town residents would have lost access to the walking trail for 6 months or more.
There was something a little smelly about this proposal. Thankfully, denied.
