No shlt! I was in Saskatoon 10 days ago to attend a wedding. Previous to that I was in town about six months ago. When we drove by this project I thought to myself, WTF this thing has hardly moved since the last time I was here.
I wonder if the slow pace may have something to do with the fact they are using structural steel beams as apposed to concrete. It shouldn't you would think.
